Today Chenwei Xiao sucessfully defended his PhD at Leipzig University!!!
His thesis focused on the “Influence of Land Use and Land Cover Changes on Ecosystem Resistance in a More Extreme Climate”. Two of the Thesis chapters have already been published:

Deforestation Increases Vegetation Vulnerability to Drought Across Biomes published in AGU Global Biogeochemical Cycles.
